#3 - Living Without Regret

Inspiration:

I was excited to chat with Andreas, we hadn’t seen each other in close to 20 years. We both played beach volleyball on the World Tour together for a long time, but back then we were both in different places and had very different focuses in life. Andreas is from Denmark. I’ve always found that people from Scandinavia have a better view on life. Their view seems to be more wholistic with bigger picture thinking vs North America's main goal being centered around "ACHIEVING" and that "MORE of everything" type of energy. It's rare to find people that don't have any regrets in life, so when you come across them, you want to know their secret. A life without regret is one where somebody either played very small (they didn't take any chances ), or they played full out with intention and purpose. Andreas definitely falls into the latter category. Enjoy.
